Hybrid approach of focus groups and ethnographies.

During two to three day sessions, consumers share their lifestyles and
category needs, create concepts for a new product category, and then
evaluate those concepts through focus groups, interpreted by a highly
skilled client team and their advertising firm.

Then, clients observe how consumers behave using the new product.
